The lush green gardens,fish ponds full of koi and the many beautiful birds make Lombok Stanley Gardens Villas a tropical paradise. The cool and inviting pool was the perfect way to cool down after a day exploring Lombok. Staff are excellent and always willing to help and the breakfasts are varied and delicious as are the other meals available throughout the day. The owner, who built the villas, is friendly and welcoming and can often be seen helping out in the kitchen.

Prachtig resort met allemaal verschillende villa's. Ze waren prachtig! De villa's liggen in een prachtige tuin, met zwembad. Wij hadden geboekt voor 1 week, maar na 1 dag al besloten om 2 weken te blijven. Onze luxe villa was prachtig met een grote douche, heerlijk bed en een geweldig terras. Dit resort staat bij ons in de top 3 accommodaties van Azië. Het personeel is ook echt geweldig, altijd met een lach staan ze voor je klaar. Het eten is hier ook geweldig!!

De reden dat ik geen 10 heb gegeven! Elke avond met het diner zaten we tussen de rokende mensen. Verplicht meeroken dus.

Hotel carino, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza. Abbiamo subito pensato che, nonostante sia sulla strada, le ville sono all’interno dunque è un posto tranquillo, il giardino è incantevole, curato, pieno di piante tropicali di tutti i tipi. C’è anche la piscina. La villetta che ci hanno assegnato è grande su 2 piani con un bel terrazzo che da’ su una vasca con pesci e ninfee. Nella tariffa è inclusa la colazione con tante scelte, ci è piaciuta sempre. La sera abbiamo sempre cenato al loro ristorante: lì cibo è buono, è la prima volta in Indonesia che apprezziamo la pizza 🍕 E’ a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di sabbia nera, molto ‘local’ 😏se vuoi trovare delle belle spiagge devi andare oltre. Noi abbiamo affittato uno scooter all’hotel e ci spostavamo. Il proprietario Markus è una persona alquanto interessante e divertente, ci è piaciuto ascoltare le sue esperienze in questo paese, ci ha dato tanti ottimi consigli (ristoranti in zona, ecc.) e ci ha aiutato a organizzare i nostri spostamenti. Ci ha tenuto le valigie così siamo andati alle Gili solo con uno zaino. È vissuto 15 anni a Roma quindi parla italiano perfettamente. Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel e dopo aver visitato le isole Gili , ci torneremo. Direi che il proprietario, insieme al suo staff, ha accresciuto il nostro piacere di stare in questo stupendo paese.

Ci sono rumori anche notturni dalla moschea, ma sapevamo che Lombok è a prevalenza mussulmana, se vieni qui devi accettare…

En 1 mois en Indonésie, nous avons jamais été aussi mal accueilli. Il semblerait que ce soit le manager. Durant tout le séjour, il semblait agacé quand on lui demandait des informations. Il répondait sèchement. La note est surtout liée à l'accueil que nous avons eu. Le reste du personnel discret.

Balinese style hotel with beautiful huge gardens. Rooms quite old but very spacious. We were leaving for the airport early so the staff organized us a takeaway breakfast.

Shower was not strong and water not hot but you don’t really need hot water in this climate
