For a 2-night stay: There were ample contracts to sign, strict rules, deposit and threats of penalty charges protecting the property - which are completely understandable. HOWEVER, there was zero accountability for us suffering through the second night without AC. The property declined to compensate us for failing to provide what we contracted and paid in full. What would you pay a booking for 2 nights stay with only 1 might of air conditioning? The location was too remote for us to leave early and find a hotel within 50 miles. Also that option wasn’t offered.
