We had a fantastic stay here - the rooms were clean and spacious with incredible views over the tea plantations, the breakfast was great, and the staff were so so friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend :)

A little far out of town but great if you want peace and quiet

The location is stunning, with incredible views from the balcony and room windows. Waking up to those views each morning and watching the sunset were highlights of our stay. The staff were very kind and courteous, and the owner generously allowed us to use the swimming pool at the second property being developed next door, which also looks very promising. Breakfast was simple but tasty. If you prefer to stay in for dinner, the owner can share a menu and arrange good food for you. Alternatively, a short but steep walk downhill takes you to a couple of excellent restaurants at a nearby hotel complex, where we enjoyed delicious food and equally beautiful views. Overall, a memorable stay with wonderful views and welcoming hospitality. Once the work is complete, I imagine the experience will be even better.

The property appeared to be undergoing some renovations during our visit, and the roof terrace was unavailable. We hadn’t been aware of this beforehand, and some of the shared areas felt a little unfinished and less tidy as a result. This slightly affected the overall atmosphere, although our room and the area immediately around it were unaffected, and there was no noise disturbance.

The location of the homestay was beautiful with amazing views right into the tea fields from the balcony. The room was spacious and clean and the staff served a nice Keralan breakfast in the morning. Definitely a good spot to explore Munnar and its surroundings from.

We would recommend a sign of the homestay leading to the hidden side-road, as it may also attract more daily visitors to enjoy a drink or snack from the cafe.

Excellent Location - step into your balcony & the lovely green tea gardens welcome you - appearing & dis-appearing in the rolling mist - simply amazing! Hotel is located on a small road with very less traffic & yet not too far from the main road leading to Munnar town. Room is OK sized with a nice comfortable bed, a few chairs, a table & a TV. Quite basic otherwise. Caretaker Mr. Dijo is a warm & delightful person willing to help you on all fronts.

There is no food available at the property. Owner is developing another property nearby. Any food (or water / tea / coffee) that you order comes from that property. Bathroom is a bit dingy with a peculiar smell. Highly limited breakfast options (appam & green peas with tea).
