Lovely comfortable property. Clean, modern and definately going to say a peaceful place with a lovely garden to enjoy if the weather permits. An additional featured bonus is the private parking to the front of the property. In the bathroom the shower cubicle was a good size, plenty of room in the cubicle as I have been to other properties with shower cubicles which are small cornered cubicles. The bathroom was modern and the shower was easy to use. Bedrooms were set up nicely matching with the interiors. The most important thing was it felt cozy and was so comfortable. To be honest out of all the bookings I have had this just seemed to be the top one as I cant complain I did get some real good nights sleep as this was a really quiet place. Will deffo be booking again sometime soon!!!! PS the host was helpful and amazing too!!!

The weather!!! Had to spoil the time I could have had outdoors in the lovely garden.

We liked our stay very much as the entire house was for ourselves with an infant and a 5 year old, which was very convenient. The host was very cordial and helpful throughout. We’d definitely stay again if we visit Blackburn in future.

Replacing the living room TV remote and a bit more attention to cleaning would be nice.

Cleanliness, comfortable location

A little surprised that standard items weren’t supplied… shower gel/shampoo, sachets of coffee, tea, sugar and milk. No one brings these items for a one or two nights stay The Netflix did not work, it switched everything off and restated the TV! There was food and rubbish left in the bedside drawer and bathroom handle was coming adrift
