Location of property, kitchen and bath supplies, serenity, cleanliness, hot tub and general decor.
Check in door code did not work . Took us many calls to Cabin Fir You reservation Guest Ranger to reach a live agent to help reset the code.

The cabin was beautiful! The location was great too!

The property is absolutely beautiful and peaceful! It felt cozy and relaxing the whole time.
The pre-registration process was horrible. I had to sign a rental agreement which included divulging my drivers license number and credit car. THEN I was sent a random verification link which required pictures of both sides of my license, both sides of my credit card and a selfie. The customer service rep was not able to tell me how they protect this sensitive data despite essentially having everything they needed to steal my identity. I will not rent a cabin that uses this property management company again.
