The photos are a very good representation of the house and property, which is cozy yet contemporary. It’s quiet but not completely secluded, with great proximity to quiet hikes and Asheville hot spots. One issue was that the air conditioning was not fully functional, but the managers kept us updated on the issue during our stay. We would recommend it to friends.

Reviewer Comments: Quick SummaryThe venue was pretty good, but one major issue occurred which ruined the experience (there was a bloody tissue in the washer which I didn’t discover until after I completed a load of laundry).Laundry- 1 starThe washer and dryer are in a corner of the upstairs bathroom. It’s in a crammed area next to the door, and difficult to look inside due to the height (they are stacked together with the washer being quite low to the ground and dryer high to the roof). I completed a load of laundry in the washer thinking it was cleaned prior. Unfortunately, I found a used bloody tissue appear when I opened the door (It was clearly not mine, as no one in my party or myself had a bloody nose throughout the weekend). It was a pretty disgusting experience and ruined most of the visit. Room- 5 starsThe rooms were large and modern. The bed and sheets were comfortableLiving area- 4 starsPretty good views with plenty of windows. Basically all the amenities of a house. The host was very responsive during our stay and the back deck was a perfect spot to relax with a cocktail while the kids slept. There is even a playground in the neighborhood a very short drive away for anyone with kids. Beds were super comfy and the place was beautiful inside and out. They even have a washer/dryer, so we went home with clean clothes! Couldn't recommend more. Perfect for our family of 4.
