In general we were happy with our stay for a girls trip. The house provided a pretty good space for hanging out (though the indoor furniture is not very comfy). We like to cook so we stayed in for dinner a few times, and found the kitchen a bit lacking, but we made it work. The neighborhood is all residential (mostly short term rentals), but it was nice to have a quick 5-minute walk to the ocean. It was easy to get Uber/Lyft into town, about 10-15 minutes to get to any shops or restaurants (or the airport).PROSGenerally very cleanGreat to have the pool cleaned 2x/weekWe enjoyed the pool areaSafe/secure areaCentral locationResponsive hostCONSNot enough dishware/smallwares for advertised capacity of 8-10 people (only 6 coffee mugs, 7 plates, 4 bowls, and a few glasses -- we purchased extra glasses and the host dropped off 4 additional coffee mugs)Not enough toilet paper or paper towel for a week stay (we purchased some)One bath towel per person is not enough for a week long stayOne kitchen towel is not sufficientProblems with gate closure and keypads - sometimes we couldn't get the gate to shutNot enough pool chairsBeach chairs leaked filthy liquid so we couldn't take them to the beachIce maker on fridge couldn’t keep up with 8 women who like cold drinks!Water puddle comes from under refrigerator every other day (water line may be leaking/disconnected?)Water filter on fridge needs to be replaced

This house was absolutely amazing! We truly enjoyed our stay here. Beach is in walking distance. Neighborhood was adorable and safe.

Property looks exactly like photos. Oven wasn't working and we didn't get instructions or assistance when I ask. Not enough plates, cups etc. Communication could have been better. Master bedroom closet A/C had no remote. Master bathroom closet drawer handles were broken. Water pressure was horrible (that may be a Puerto Rico thing). Pool is really small. We made the best of it.
