The location is excellent. Downtown and on the Cane River doesn’t get any better than that. The home was clean and very comfortable. The family room with the huge glass windows facing out towards the Cane river what is the favorite room to be in? We enjoyed the hospitality of Natchitoches. Definitely would like to return.

We absolutely loved this home on the river and very close and walkable to all the shops and restaurants on Front Street. The back patio and hot tub were our favorite areas to spend mornings and evenings. The kitchen had all of the essentials in order for us to eat meals at the house if we desired. The house is very clean, the spaces were very comfortable and we can't wait to come back! Highly recommend!

Love this property! We selected Natchitoches as a centralized location for a friendship reunion. Six of us traveled in from Dallas, Hot Springs, and east Texas. Highly recommend for any kind of getaway or reunion. This house was gorgeous! Stunning view of the river with a spectacular back patio gathering spot. Most of our time was spent outside. We drank coffee, laughed, napped, relaxed in the hot tub, walked downtown (minutes) … and the April weather was perfection, too. Parking was plentiful for our five SUV’s.The house is equipped with upscale appliances and had everything we needed, plus some. Beds/bedding were very comfortable. We will keep this in our top rotation of future reunion places. Highly recommend Natchitoches and this property if you’re looking for a quaint vibe mixed with delicious Louisiana cuisine and shopping. Andrea was very responsive and lovely as a host!

Great house within walking distance of shops and restaurants along the river. Very clean - totally fine with our 1-yr old grandson crawling all over the place. Well-appointed decor. Comfortable beds. Lovely two-level deck where we had breakfast each morning.
