Check-in was so easy location was amazing very close to the pier the beach within steps the house was amazing couldn't have asked for anything more.

We stayed here recently and had an excellent vacation. The location was beautiful, had many great places to eat, and friendly locals. The beach was beautiful, and not too crowded. My favorite thing about this property was watching the sun come up on the deck with my coffee, and the all-around beach view. The owner was very responsive and kind. All in all, this was an exellent vacation and a beautiful property.

This was the perfect little beach house for our Thanksgiving family vacation. A place both sides of the family could relax and not have to worry about chores or being host.

This was a perfect location for our family. The views from both sides of the condo were FANTASTIC and being close - but not IN - Myrtle Beach was ideal. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, would definitely stay here again.

A family group met up for a long weekend. There were seven of us. We were told there would be a set of towels for each person. We received a set of six instead of seven. light in master bedroom didnt work
Living room fan light does not work
Garage only has one light bulb working, not enough light.
Toilet paper holder in master bath falling off the wall.
Floor by slider in living room separating and popping up, needs repaired
Description says iron and ironing board available. Unable to find, had to buy one
Description “picture“ shows a bunkbed set and a full-size bed. Instead it has a bunkbed up and down, full size.

Seas the Day was the perfect location for our quick visit to the Garden City area! The house was clean and had the amenities we needed. We Loved the porch! We would definitely stay there again! Thank you to the owners for sharing their home with us!

We had such a great experience staying at Amy’s beach home it’s beautiful and she had a game board that we played on in the evenings and was so much fun . The entire place is so clean and the beds were so cozy. We had everything we needed for a day at the beach from chairs to beach toys . Can’t wait to come again and make memories with my family

We had a fabulous and relaxing time at Amy’s place for our annual Mom’s retreat. The beach house was well equipped with all that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and decor was inviting. It was great to have 2.5 bath for so many ladies. Amy was quick to address any of our needs and to offer suggestions for local restaurants, etc. The location was perfect right at the beach and close to a lot of other amenities. Garden City beach is beautiful, family friendly, and not near as busy as Myrtle beach. We definitely will be returning. Thank you, Amy!

This was the perfect home for our family to enjoy our vacation getaway. It was steps to the sand, quiet neighborhood, and the home was well equipped. Convenient to excellent dining options in Murrels Inlet. Would strongly recommend to someone looking to relax and enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean.

The house was in a amazing location just a short distance from stores and fun. We had a blast and would come back and stay. Amy was amazing and worked with us on our stay and made sure we had everything we needed.

We had a blast! This property is centrally located and an easy walk to anything you would want to do. We stayed here for our family reunion. There was plenty of room for both my family of 3 and my sisters family of 4. Our kids loved waking up early to watch the sunrise and watching the fireworks at night! The Golden Tee video game was the icing on the cake for my husband and brother in law!

We had a great time meeting parents of our daughter's roommates from grad school. It was nice to share the beach house with them and have an opportunity to make new friends.

The location is fantastic! The house is very clean and roomy. The views are spectacular!! The beds are comfy. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans. The only suggestion I have is that it needs more spoons, forks and knives for the table. There is plenty of parking. The beach is a few steps from the house. This is the best stocked rental that I have stayed at. Definately will stay here again if we go to the beach again. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay!!! Amy is an awesom host!

Ocean front, very beachy on the inside. Very clean, well equipped and had beach supplies also. Would recommend to everyone, we will definitely go back.

Amy was great to work with. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, dishwasher. Grocery store near by made meal prep much easier!
My husband and I enjoyed our morning coffee watching the sunrise from the upper balcony while our teens enjoyed combing the beach for shells. Super comfortable beds and a fan in each room. We enjoyed many of the beautiful updates and our kids are already talking about making this a family tradition. Thanks Amy for a fantastic family home away from home!

My family and I were in town for a volleyball tournament and extended the stay for a small vacation. Amy’s place was the perfect get away- very conveniently located to everything we needed and away from the crowds we didn’t want. The drive to the convention center in Myrtle Beach was an easy 20 minutes away. We especially loved the easy access to the beach. We will definitely stay again!

Property location is ideal. We were able to watch the sunrise from our balcony every morning. October stay was perfect as weather is still warm and crowds are low. Amy was very easy to work with and informative. We would definitely book this property again.

The house itself could use a few updates as I Think we’re going to happen soon per the owner. I’m sure this is pretty common in rental property in the area. The best thing I would say is location as we could just step out to the beach as often as we liked.

I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this property and the host Amy! I would absolutely rent this condo from her again and any other property she host! She was truly amazing! The condo is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and the location is PERFECT, literally just walk out the garage to the beach! The views from the balconies are amazing and we spent hours sitting on them listening to the waves! We were so grateful the owners provided beach stuff for their guest so we did not have to pack more stuff in the car! The kitchen being fully stocked helped us a great deal and again made us have to pack less! Our expierence overall was beyond great and we will DEFINITELY be coming back!
