This was our first visit to Amelia Island & it couldn't have been better!! The location was a 4 min stroll from the beach (so easy to run across the street to grab sandwiches, etc.). The wildlife was incredible- so many sea turtles, very interesting rabbits & lizards all over.
The location is very convenient for grocery stores, easy restaurants & close to downtown.

Our accommodations were nice yet casual. We all felt very comfortable there. Pool was refreshing and the beach access was close. No problems whatsoever.

Cozy downstairs bedrooms and spacious upstairs living room/dining area. The ocean view balcony was a wonderful spot to have morning coffee. Plenty of beach supplies (chairs, mats, sand toys and boogie boards). Close to a beach access, Harry Teeters grocery store and a lovely restaurant across the street, “The Surf”. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Dolan for sharing your beach house with us. We made some wonderful memories ❤️

We eloped and gave our friends and family a chance to celebrate with us during our stay! Everything was as advertised in the listing and we had a grand time starting our married life together! The owners responded immediately to our requests, and we could relax in solemn comfort. The beach was only steps away, the bar restaurant

We stayed here over spring break with 2 couples and a baby. The townhouse was very clean and well equipped with a nice deck and grill in the back. It was a short walk to the beach and we also went to Central Park frequently for tennis and pickleball. The downtown area is wonderful - perfect. A favorite activity was the sunset boat cruise.

the property was perfect for my family. we were close enough to meet up with family the lived in Jacksonville and still in an area to have vacation activities. loved the proximity to the beach. wonderful stay!

I absolutely loved this property and wish I was still there. I am currently in a soulless, cavernous VRBO in Orlando and am sad that I ever left Amelia Island. The owners were great at communication especially concerning Hurricane Ian. The location is great, parking is easy and close and the views from the balcony are amazing. The house was very clean and bright and just had good "vibes" as the kids say. :)
My only super minor negative comment would be the dishwasher which takes longer to run than a full feature film. Not sure how long but might have been close to 2 hours...? Now it might be that I had pushed some weird setting...
I would say this is a great place to stay with plenty of room, great location and very very easy check in and check out. Thanks!

Owners were so great to get us in this great condo after a miscomunation with another booking. We were able to salvage our two week vacation and I must say, this place was better than the one we originally booked. Layout is great. Condo super clean. Bedding super comfy.

Three Sheets to the Wind exceeded our expectations. We were nervous staying one row back from the ocean, however it wasn’t an issue at all. Access to the beach was very convenient for our adult/older children. The townhome was very clean and had everything we needed. Having the Surf restaurant was very nice for us also.
The weather, townhome, town and beach were all fantastic! We will definitely come back :)

The condo met our expectations and more. We loved the spaciousness of the property and all the amenities. The proximity of the beach was perfect. The rooms were large and even with the bed space, there was still plenty of room for baggage and personal belongings. The use of the washing machine was very nice for a large family. We loved the location and close proximity to the restaurant down the street and bike trails nearby. We are already considering booking this exact location for our vacation next year. Thanks for helping make our family vacation perfect.

We really enjoyed this condo and its location on our first trip to Fernandina! The condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, and well equipped. A pretty good ocean view from front balcony, and a very short walk to the beach access across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and a gas station. We brought a wagon with us and had no problem making the 1 min walk across the street. The condo itself was extremely clean and outfitted with everything we needed to feel at home during our stay. We will definitely be back!

The townhouse is well equipped with modern ware (e.g. Google nest), and 2 minutes walk from the beach. The kitchen is well stocked, living area spacious, and bedrooms roomy.

A short walk to the beach. I loved the bunk beds in the kids room. The beds were comfortable and the townhouse was very clean. The host is quick to respond. Only downside is parking.

Our family of 5 and my Parents stayed at Sea Castles, Unit #3 and had a great time. Clean Condo. Plenty of room for 8. Close proximity to the Beach and a very nice pool. We would stay here again. The Smith’s. Poland, OH.

This property exceeded our expectations! The photos do not do it justice. The condo is completely updated and really lovely. The complex is directly across the road from a beach access and you can see the ocean from the front balcony. We were there on a holiday weekend, and it did not feel crowded. The location is perfect- just minutes from the Amelia River to Sea Bike Trail and walking and biking distance to restaurants and beach. The owner is responsive and thought of everything with this condo!
I highly recommend this rental!

“3 sheets” stay was a cozy living/kitchen and ample bedroom space for us to spend the 6 nights and meals with our family of 5 plus dog.
The kitchen had all the needed items, plenty of bath towels, there were starters for laundry & dishwasher detergent, broom & vacuum, and a few folding beach chairs.
The complex pool is a little deep for younger/shorter swimmer so floats might be a helpful addition to pack for all.
My favorite public beach access is right across the street from the complex.
We brought a beach wagon that came in handy to get us across the street, which came helpful to cart our gear and beach chairs across the street and down the boardwalk to the beach.
My kids loved heading to the beach at low tide; searching for sharks teeth and playing in the tide pools. When the tide started to come in and the waves were more rowdy they rode the boogie board until we were all done with the sun for the day.
Timoti’s Fry Shack (pirateship playground) & Tasty’s Fresh Burgers (Tuesday kids eat free) are some spots that we enjoyed (Go early!!) and NO trip to Fernandina is complete without a walk downtown for some ice cream from Fantastic Fudge and a pop into CornerCopia shop and The Book Loft!

Just completed a 14 day stay at 3 Sheets to the Wind. It was great. Very clean. Furnishings tasteful and functional. Everything worked. Met all expectations It was just as it was pictured. Would definitely stay here again. John was responsive and helpful.

We had a few rainy days but the balcony upstairs allowed us to still be outside and enjoy the view and vibe of Amelia Island. We loved the upstairs living area too. Fantastic location. We cycled to Egans Creek and even Fort Clinch. The beach is just a few steps away. You can even glimpse the sunrise from the downstairs bedroom! The deck in the back and garden is also great. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Proximity to beach was awesome. Having 3 bedrooms was great. This was our first time to Amelia Island and the townhome worked great for what we wanted. There were some spots in the townhome that weren’t as nice as they appeared online, but I am very picky. My largest complaint, and I know this will not bother the majority of people, was the strong smell of artificial fragrance from cleaning supplies, detergents, etc. I am very sensitive to smells and I instantly had a headache after we arrived. Unfortunately, most people still assume “clean” means “fragrance” (which isn’t true). If this is not an issue for you I think you will be happy with this rental. Marc answered all of my questions prior to our arrival and when I reached out once during our stay. We found plenty to do and places to eat sprinkled in with multiple visits to the almost empty and peaceful beach.
