The location was ideal, close to all our favorite wineries! It was close enough to main street that we were able to pop over and look around, but we avoided all the main street noise and traffic. We had a couple issues during our stay, but the property manager responded very quickly and was able to fix things! One note though, the house (especially the doors) are a bit creaky, which meant we had to tiptoe around to not wake up the baby, but that's more of a personal problem! Also wanted to note that there is no dishwasher. All in all, I would recommend this house to a friend!

Perfect Location. The only criticism, are the rugs. I had two older people with me and it was hard for them - they almost tripped a couple of times.

The house was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed our stay! Our pup loved the fenced in yard and we enjoyed time on the front porch swing. We hope to be back soon!

We were in town to visit the WWII museum in Fredericksburg and see the town. Sadly we only had one day this trip. The stay was wonderful and everything was as advertised. Comfortable beds, everything was clean and very nicely taken care of. You can tell it was an older house by the design but the upgrades and work on the home are great. Keeps much of the old home charm while updating allnof the necessities. We were traveling with my in-laws you have never stayed in a short term rental and they loved it and were very impressed. If we ever get back to Fredericksburg we will certainty try booking here first.
