Smart City Suites Hotel Bodrum

A praia fica a poucos 2 minutos.

Location it is really good.

The hotel has a perfect location and the room was comfortable. The two male receptionists were friendly and helpful, and the lady preparing breakfast was absolutely lovely. However, there are some important issues that need attention. The breakfast was very poor, and when I asked the female receptionist for an iron, she was not particularly friendly or helpful. The biggest issue was the bathroom and, most importantly, safety. The shower took a very long time to heat up, and there are two shower heads. When turning on the shower, the smaller wall-mounted one comes on first and sprays water all over the bathroom. There is no shower screen or enclosure, so the floor becomes extremely wet and slippery. Unfortunately, I slipped and fell because of this. This is a serious safety concern and should be addressed urgently.
