Die Wohnung hat einen ansprechenden Balkon und Sicht auf das Meer.

Die Wohnung verfügt über keinen Parkplatz, was Parkbussen durch die Polizei zur Folge hatte. In der Wohnung wurden "viele Gegenstände" der Besitzer belassen und die Reinigung vor Übergabe war eher oberflächlich. Die Wohnung Sunset Vibes ist nirgends beschildert und schlecht zu finden. Der im Inserat beschriebene Pool ist zwar vorhanden, dass eine Bezahlung von 10 Euro für Pool pro Person und 15 Euro für Liegen / Sonnenschirm zu bezahlen ist, erfährt man erst vor Ort!!!

Very well equipped apartman, with a great and nice view balcony. We also liked the style of the flat. Kind, friendly and very helpful, responsive owner. Excellent beaches few kms far from the apartman (see the link below). Great restaurants and bars in few minutes walk, with amazing interior and design. My son and my daugther visited the Cinco Cavalli Summer Club which can be seen from the terrace. They have great music and great show in every second days (they were a bit loud). The restaurants are all delicious and great. It does not worth to buy the things in SPAR or in similar shops to prepare your own food as the restaurants are cheap. You can also order great local food from different restaurants. For example we took the HEPTA restaurant with Wolt twice and they brought us so much food for 50-55 EURs which was enough for 5 persons for the dinner and for the lunch on next day. We also took Pasta Mania / Kimera Restaurant in the center, were amazing. Pasta Mania has a facinating terrace and a beautiful outlook to the main squere, while Kimera is located just in front of the ancient amphitheatrum. We also visited the Garten Restaurant / Bar twice, they have delicious cocktails, soft drinks and execllent terrace view to the sea. There is a long, safe, flat and good bike road alongside the beaches, you can ride 20-25 kms one-way to the end of other side of Golem.

The nearest beaches were bit crowded and could have been better maintained. Constructions are still ongoing in front of the balcony and at the corner, but I think within max 1-2 years they will be finished so the surrounding area will be more organized and maintained. It was not disturbing at all. Surpriseingly and interestingly we experienced in most of the restaurants and bars (not everywhere!) lack of friendlyness and kindess. Driving and parking with a car in the city is impossible. The driving style of the local Albanians are more than dangerous. You need to pay attention when you walk, you ride a bike or you drive a car as you can find / see fully or partly missing covers of the road.

Il pourrait y avoir des volets, réveil à 5 H avec le soleil. La personne qui nous a accueilli parle très peu anglais, nous n’avons eu aucun explication. ( ou mettre les poubelles entre autre…. ). Il manque vraiment des transats sur la terrasse La ville est un peu loin, il n’y a aucun commerce d’alimentation à côté il faut absolument avoir une voiture Contrairement au descriptif il n’y a pas de parking, si vous vous mettez sur le bord de la route vous avez 30€ d amande La piscine coûte 20 euros par jours. Elle est de bonne grandeur, mais pas très propre et il a de la musique vraiment très forte, même avec des bouchons d’oreilles vous en prenez pleins la bien tête, c’est vraiment insupportable. Si vous partez après l’heure l’on vous demande 70 La plage n’est pas agréable elle est sale et l’eau est froide, cela n’a rien à voir avec la location, mais il faut le savoir .
