very very central position - fully stocked kitchen to prepare basically anything (coffe machine as well) - very convenient check-in and door system all online - double bedroom with double bathroom optimal for a double couple - well furnished enough

very noisy street - A/C not really working 100% of the time and it got pretty hot (the owner assured us it was a one time only issue) - narrow staircase without elevator (so for people with limited mobility or if you have large suitcase it is a no) - very noisy A/C

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The location is excellent, with many of Rome's main attractions within easy walking distance. The apartment was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Travelling as a family with our 11-year-old son, we especially appreciated the two separate bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, which gave everyone plenty of space and privacy. The contact person was also very friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, making everything smooth from check-in to check-out. Overall, a great place to stay for exploring Rome!
