House was beautiful and well appointed. Good separation for family or friends. Great location.
Lots of steps. Really could use an elevator. It appears as though the design allowed for one but perhaps it was opted out. I had elderly parents with a handicap. There was no reference to stairs and the photos suggested that the property was single level. That was my bad not to confirm, but the ad should be a bit more forthright on that piece. Also, they should be clear that the pool is a community pool and shared, not private and attached to the house.
