The new kitchen and shower.
The sheet set has some smell like a man was staying before. We hope that that get improved.

Location perfect.
The set up not right. Rooftop squeegee people walking around there rooms too noisy. Shower too noisy water running in the wall pipes. When they talk like they are talking directly with you. Unfortunately the people that rent on top of US stayed up till 3 in the morning making noises and we couldn't get some sleep. Never again in there.

It was new, clean, tidy and very comfortable.
The view was amazing especially the sunset.
