Great location in a secure building with a lift, and a short walk from the S. Giorgo Metro station - without any steps for those with rolling luggage, so long as you use Via al Ponte Reale to enter the old town from the waterfront. The laundry machine is conveniently in the building, easy to use and operates with a card which the hosts had preloaded for me (also easy to top up if necessary). Communication was great throughout, and the hosts were able to approve an earlier check-in time which worked for my arrival schedule. Is close to the major attractions, and literally around the corner from a supermarket for all daily needs (and all sorts of shops, eateries and boutiques in the area). Everything in the flat was as advertised, and the air conditioning was effective. This was a great base for a first trip to Genoa, and I would be happy to stay here again. Many thanks!

The property itself was clean and staff was helpful

The neighborhood is dirty and does not feel safe. It is noisy in the early mornings and late night.
