Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter

The place was very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly — especially the receptionist Oğuzhan, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. Emir was also excellent, and the entire team was amazing. There was also a housekeeping staff member who was very cooperative, responded to requests immediately, and was extremely honest and trustworthy.
The free tea throughout the entire stay was a lovely touch. The room was very quiet, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The hotel truly deserves 5 stars and is one of the best places I have ever stayed in Istanbul. It was very easy to reach, and the airport transfer service was excellent.
Honestly, it was an absolutely outstanding hotel. I will definitely come back again!
