Location is great
Small things - no dishwashing liquid so we couldn’t wash up properly, we didn’t have enough towels for people, the bathroom door was difficult to shut, toilet seat was broken.

Good facilities with tennis courts and ping pong for kids
Need an air fryer (as didn’t have an oven)
need fan in bathroom.

Keys were in a lock box so did not meet any staff. The apartment was very large and had everything you needed for a longer stay. It had a kitchenette and washing and drying facilities which was very good.
The quality of the cleanliness was disappointing. A cleaning cloth was on the floor when arrived and the second bedroom which we didn't use looked like it hadn't been changed.

Great location before going to Fraser. Our apartment had lots of games to play eg ping pong. Appartement itself could have been cleaner (there was sand in the shower and te kitchen could have done with a good clean). Bedrooms were okay, bathroom and living room could use some redecorating.
