the room was cancelled due to water leak never used it had to find another hotel for double the price

Had problems getting the key.location excellent!the name of the property is different with bookings.That’s why it was hard to get the correct location.

Not charge for using towels.most of all I felt safe.

It was close to the beach and central to a lot of stuff, food, pharmacy gas etc and a 24 hr supermarket. It was gated property with security who were pleasant. The pool was great. I had my 6 yr old with me and definitely appreciated that amenity.

On the day of my travel, the communication level with the host was terrible. I called a million times when I was stranded without the information needed to access the condo. We had to rent a hotel rm at 330 in the morning so my kid could sleep this. The host or owner was NEVER easily accessible. I must have called at least 30 times and sent multiple messages. They never called me back once... I got a text back at about 2 pm. on what should have been my second day at condo. with the access info they texted back 12 hr intervals. I missed a whole day because of poor communication and no follow-up or empathy toward the unfortunate situation. The place was okay for the price. It's the communication with management that had me messed up. I felt helpless. I would never ever deal with this host again. I'm not a complaining person, but good God, I pray no one else has this experience, especially if they traveled with a kid.
