Really lovely stay! The early check-in was a great help, and we were also very pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade and a beautiful flower arrangement — such a lovely touch, especially as we were celebrating a birthday. The place was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Parking was also much easier than we expected, which was a nice bonus.

The only small downside was that we were only provided with two rolls of toilet paper for a 4 day stay, so it would have been nice to have a little more

Great location, clean and good value.

Leaky shower, no washing or dishwasher tablets and tea making.

I didn’t like that tap in the kitchen was completely broken and fallen off. When I reached out to the property personnel, they were super helpful but it’s unimaginable for me that anybody could miss such a big problem? It is inconceivable for me that you could miss it if you actually did check the apartment before the arrival of a guest (me in that case). A few days later while using the washing machine, I had a mini flood of water on the kitchen floor. Again, I had to use up my time (and lots of towels) to clean up, and worry about what’s going on, and to reach out to the property management and do some back-and-forth apping! Again!!!
