We loved the location close to the lake and has a grocery store and coffee shop in the building, we loved the size of the apartment, the cleanliness of the apartment, the balcony space, elevator and storage space within the apartment. It was also beautiful inside and had all the appliances, pots, pans, etc., we needed to make meals like we would at home.

The address they give you isn't the address of the property, it goes to an abandoned building. The driver dropped us off at the correct address, but we second guessed it because it wasn't the address we recieved. Just map it to WIN Herastrau and you will be fine, do not put in the address they send you on booking. We spent about an hour lugging our suitcases up and down the streets in the heat until we finally got back to where we started. The lockbox was hard to find. It was also on a fence with 10+ lockboxes, all unmarked, all looking exactly the same. I had to try the code on every one in order to find one that would open. The apartment had a weird internal smell that got stronger as the original cleaning fluid smells wore off. The mosquitos were really bad so we couldn't air it out. The bed wasn't comfortable, so we slept on the couch. The hosts were very responsive up until we booked, after we got there, they didn't respond again to any questions we had. The neighbors upstairs had a child running, stomping and banging loudly above us for hours daily up until late at night.

Giving it an 8 because no one responded to the messages when we had questions or needed anything during our stay. They only responded before we booked and to remind us to check out. The location they give you leads to an abandoned building which was very frightening. We had to ask locals to direct us .4 miles to the actual location with all our luggage. The place itself was beautiful but the bed wasn’t very comfortable. We found ourselves sleeping on the couch most nights.

Some things need more attention, Appartment was not entirely clean, we found a few things broken.

The location was great, the complex has a restaurant, a coffee shop, beauty salon, pharmacy and minimarket. Also, only 10 min walk you can find lots of brunch places, lunch, pastry shops, beauty salons and also dinner places by the Herastrau lake. That helped a lot for our needs, everything is in a walking distance and the area is one of the best in Bucharest.

I rated 7 for my stay due to cleanliness in the apartment and attention to details. A lot of things in the apartment were damaged by previous rentals and noone cared to fix them meanwhile. The bed sheets and pillow cases were overused, torn and we even found stains on them. We reported this to the owner/company, they sent new bedsheets next day and left them by the door. Meanwhile we bought our own towels to be safe It was very dissapointing to get into a luxury apartment in one of the most expensive areas in Bucharest and find that noone cares to maintain the apartment in a good state. Such a pity, otherwise the location and facilities were really good.
