The accommodation is located in the quiet, clean, and safe Prati district. The apartment is located in an older but well-maintained residential building, on a higher floor with a reliable and fully functioning elevator. It is equipped with everything you need for both short and longer stays (including high-speed internet connection). There are several great restaurants (Antico Falcone, Giacomelli) as well as grocery stores (PIM) in the surrounding area. Public transport (buses) is right nearby, and the metro station (Ottaviano) is about an 8-minute walk away. Many major sights (including the Vatican), are also within walking distance.

The apartment is well-maintained and clean, although some parts of the furnishings could perhaps use an update. There is no central heating in the apartment (at least we didn’t find it); there is an air-conditioning unit, but we were not able to set it to a more comfortable, warmer temperature.
