Château de Théoule Hôtel & Spa

We were blown away by this hotel. Fantastic amenities - comfortable bed, pool overlooking the sea, great beach club, good food and relaxing spa. The staff are what made the hotel stay really special. They were incredibly helpful.

Great property staff went above and beyond to make our trip special. The food was delicious at all the restaurants by the hotel

You had to pay for the beach beds even if you were a guest at the hotel

The hotel is in a fantastic setting, with beautiful views and a great location. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Mareluna, the Michelin-starred restaurant within the hotel, was exceptional and a real highlight — the food, service and overall experience were excellent and made for a very memorable evening.

Château de Théoule is in a beautiful setting and there was plenty we enjoyed about our stay. However, for the price point, we felt the overall experience and facilities fell a little short of what we expected. The gym in particular was very basic, with limited equipment, while the double showers in the bedroom continually flooded each time we used them. Service around the pool was also quite inconsistent, and there simply weren’t enough umbrellas for the number of sunbeds, which made it difficult to find shade during the day. For a hotel positioned at this level, these smaller details really matter. It’s undoubtedly a beautiful property in a fantastic location, but we felt the facilities and level of service could have been stronger given the premium price.
