Fabulous view, large rooms in 2 bedroom apartment.
The check in process in another building, busy at check in,
No window in lounge,
Swimming pool very busy, way too many people,
Having to go to check in to obtain a voucher each day to use pool,
Pool not open until 10 - late.
WiFi details provided didn’t say which network to use,
Shower floor slippery,

Great location with a lovely view of Valetta, clean and comfortable and had almost all the basics needed for self catering. Day passes to Aqualuna pool and sundeck were included, which was a lovely bonus, as was the ability to store luggage at the nearby Bayview hotel and catch a bus back to the airport just opposite.
We had a couple of issues with power outages, however the hotel staff were really helpful and sent someone round to investigate and try to resolve within a few minutes each time

I liked that we had enough space, it was fairly clean and great location. The pool was accessible without complications, which was a plus. The cleaners also came by to keep the flat cleaned.
The fridge was not working. It took several messages and 1.5 days to get a response. Furthermore, warm water was at some point not available anymore in one of the bathrooms. These weren’t critical, but would’ve made our stay perfect.

The room was as described in listing. The staff were very nice but clearly busy.
Room wasn’t available for full stay despite no warning, had one night in very small hotel room before apartment was available. Offered limited compensation, given “60 euro” voucher to Novotel for buffet dinner which was very limited and poor quality.
Pool was very busy, had to go to main hotel each day to get new tickets.
The ST hotels all seemed to be based out of one hotel which seemed to cause problems.
