Size, quality, facilities of the appartement which includes underfloor heating. Sunny aspect and good balcony. Good secure parking in locked compound at the block. Supermarket, (Match), restaurants and other facilities close at hand. Frequent bus service available from right by the appartements. Quiet, too. Response of owners to email was rapid.

The instructions for entering the car park on arrival were not complete: the code given does not say you have to press the "key" symbol AFTER entering the code as well as before, and that this only opens the side gate, NOT the car entrance gate. For this you have to enter the compound and press the PORTAIL button on the wall to the left of the letter boxes. It is also possible to open the gate by entering the code on the key pad on the left of the gate, towards the bottom, plus E. Neither of these vital instructions were on the message received on the eve of arrival, causing a degree of panic. A pity, as everything else was top notch.
