Location was very quiet.
Loved the garden outlook and floor plan
Enjoyed the gas fireplace
Lighting dark in the bedrooms.
Looks like gardens would have been cared for by previous owner. Can see they are now been neglected and feels it may lose its charm if not tended to.

Amazing location, great house, has a lovely stay

Quiet area with off street parking
It is not being maintained.
Since last visit the towel rail remains broken, the same minimal decor that shows no intent to improve the look. The gardens are definitely not given the attention and love that enticed us to the place originally with much of the house (including blocked gutters) that left us feeling every penny was been taken out of the place with no investment put back in.
Unfortunately a draw into a free nights stay could not justify giving this place any where near a 5 star rating.
Overall the place is comfortable yet tired and in need of some TLC to bring it back to a place it feels there is someone who cares for the place. You know……a feeling and look that in times past the place was established and cared for by a sweet old couple that loved to garden.
