The resort is very nice! Lots of amenities. We ended up getting stuck an extra day due to severe weather issues on our route back home. Front desk staff was very helpful and caring and got us quickly transitioned into an available room. We will definitely be back!

Staff was very efficient and helpful. Room was clean, furnishings were a bit worn. Mattresses on beds were awful! Very hard with pressure points from the springs that you could feel. Springs sweaked when getting in or out. Would come again if not for having a poor night's sleep due to the beds.

Great staff, 3 bedroom suite was updated and great for 4 kids and 2 adults. Our room had ocean view balcony and all the pools were heated!! Will be staying here again next year!

The room itself was clean but tiny. What was called the “balcony” barely fit a LITTLE table & 2 small chairs. No way could 2 people be out there at the same time. I didn’t realize just how small the studio would be.

Our unit was very clean. Staff very friendly. Parking was convenient. The view from the balcony was amazingly.
The downfall was also a positive. The streets were quiet and easy to drive and walk. There arent any walkable stores or restaurants. We stayed on the main strip last time we were there and enjoyed the ability of walking to stores and restaurants.

Our trip was amazing! The room was perfect and the price couldn’t be beat! The kids enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The elevators often took a long time but we just took the stairs. We were extremely pleased.

The room was clean which is why I booked here for a second time. However the hot tub still didn’t work and the lady at the front desk wasn’t as friendly as the people I’ve dealt with before.

The resort itself was nice but once you go to the floor where your room was, you could tell it needed some TLC. The doors and jams were rusted and needed painting just to at least make it more attractive. The hotel room where we stayed needed updating. We couldn’t walk on the floors without wearing shoes because our feet turned black on the bottoms. The carpet in the room was very gross. Stained and very outdated. Had a very noisy neighbor and dog barking when we walked by their room. The hot tubs were not hot at all except one outside. Staff was friendly and helpful. On site restaurant was great. Indoor lazy river was great and clean.

The floors were dirty. We found hair on one of the beds when we turned back the covers.
There was a bread tie in the floor upon our arrival.
Our door code was not set for the proper number of days causing i
us to be locked out, and having to go down to the front desk to get it straightened out.
The hotel is lovely and the staff are nice.
Cleaning from the crew needs to be improved and someone need to inspect what they expect.
Extra money for cleaning is A bad joke, we just want standard cleaning.

We were in room 1611 where we stayed for two days. They didn’t give much help with instructions for rooms and keys then the passcode we were given had to be changed more than 5x. To be honest we stayed locked out of our room standing in the hall longer then we enjoyed the 2 bedroom suite we paid for and the staff wasn’t much help accept for the maintenance man he was nice and helpful every time took us step by step so we understood.. I am not a fan of the bay watch maze ☹️

There was roaches in the room my kids and spouse seen and killed multiple. Most of the dishes in the cabinets were dirty.

Was very clean, but dated and needed some minor repairs, rust along side of refrigerator by countertop/spackle job started but not completed, things like that.

This 6 night stay was absolutely wonderful. I had contact twice with the front desk, once to check in and checking out. Which means one thing! Perfection!! Room was clean, bed so comfortable, view beautiful. The code number is often complained about but once memorized is more convenient than a key card or something else that can be left behind in room. I look forward to a return visit.

The entry was a 10 digit # that took 6-8 attempts to enter.
The decor was cold and uninviting. Cooking odors from nearby units came through the vent in our unit.

Housekeeping only on the premises until certain hour and when took shower noticed no face towels, wash rags were in the room. I do like that no longer have keys and the codes are easier.

Room was excellent. Amenities very good considering we visited in late December. Only issue was our tower was without running water for several hours during our first full day. That required us to adjust our scheduled plans, but only slighty. But, hey, all buildings have to do maintenance at some time. So, we were not upset. We will probably stay there again in the future, definitely if our plans take us to North Myrtle Beach.

My family enjoyed our stay. The front desk was friendly. The room was nice and clean. There were a few spots that you could tell hadn’t been cleaned but it was behind tv so not a big deal. My only 2 (very) minor complaints is that the water pressure in the shower was not great at all and the code to get into the room was like 8-10 numbers long. We recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here in the future

i booked through a booking service ( orbitz) they advertize the unit as having two queen beds in the bedroom. they turned out to have a king in the bedroom and a murphy bed in the living room. when contacted they said the two queen beds was a request and didn't have to be honored

Room was dirty. Not the room we reserved. Staff was rude. The only positive was the location to the ocean and the view. Will not be back.

Check out within an hour of checking in. Room was dirty, smells like smoke, lights flickering and water wouldn’t drain out of the sink.

It started with having wait untill after 5 to check in. The key code system was a pain to have to input 10 numbers each time you entered the room. The door would not close completely by itself. Had to force ti shut to secure it. The 2nd day there the began constructio on the pools and hot tubs. The chemicals being used made me sick grom the smell.
