We just returned from our Exuma vacation and stay at KPOW on the beach. This house is beautiful and provided everything we needed for a relaxing week. The owner was quick to respond to my questions prior to arrival and gave a great recommendation for someone that could stock the fridge for us. He also checked in mid week via text to check on us. The house manager Patrick met us on arrival and showed us everything we needed to know. We did have an issue with water pressure at one point but a quick text to Patrick and he arrived at the house to troubleshoot the problem. Our group of 8 (4 adults and 4 teenagers) had plenty of space to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed the outside area. The pool was refreshing and the ocean view is beautiful. We used the floats at the house to float out in front of the house several times during our trip. Our kids used the kayaks and also swam out to snorkel in front of the house. There are some rocks directly in front of the house in the sand so just be aware. Not an issue to navigate once you know they are there. We would return to Exuma and this house without question. Book it! You won't regret it!

We had the most amazing stay at KPOW on the Beach and truly could not have asked for a better home for our group trip.The house itself is incredible and perfectly set up for larger groups. We had a mix of couples and kids, and the layout worked so well for everyone. Three of the kids stayed comfortably in the room with a queen bed and two bunk beds, another family had a great setup in a queen room with three bunk beds, and the rest of the couples each had their own space all with private bathrooms.The pool was a huge highlight, especially for the kids. The shallow area acted like a splash pad, which kept them entertained for hours and made it easy for everyone to relax. The outdoor setup overall was perfect. We used the grill often for easy lunches, and the kitchen was fully equipped whether we wanted to cook ourselves or bring in a private chef.The beach was absolutely beautiful, clean, and just steps away. We loved how walkable the area was, and having Big D’s Conch Spot just two doors down was such a fun bonus. It made grabbing a drink incredibly convenient without going too far.The kayaks and canoe were a great touch and so much fun when the water was calm. Inside, having TVs in every room was perfect for winding down at night.Overall, KPOW on the Beach was everything we hoped for and more. It made our trip feel effortless, comfortable, and truly special. We would absolutely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our recent stay at KPOW! This is a beautiful and very accommodating home that has all the amenities you can possibly think of! Our group was 3 families with some of our kids aged 14-25. There were things to do for everyone! The pool and beach are beautiful. There were pool floaties and beach chairs to use. The kitchen had all the gadgets you needed and we loved having Chef Keva come in and cook for us one evening. We wish we would have done this more as it was reasonable and the home had an atmosphere superior to the ambiance of any restaurant The bedrooms are huge and we loved having 2 sets of washers and dryers to use throughout the week. Very easy to get around in Exuma with your car rental. This is a very remote island with limited amenities. Also highly recommend a boat excursion or two. You cannot go to Exuma without seeing and experiencing the beautiful surrounding waters. We have been to many different islands in the Caribbean and this ranks at the top for the most beautiful water. If you are looking for a laid back, beautiful vacation KPOW and Exuma are the place for you!

KPOW is the most beautiful home! The house was clean, and had every amenity you’d ever need. The water view out back was gorgeous! Paul, was very responsive and helpful when we were planning our trip! The best vacation house we have ever stayed in!
