There are a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working.

The positives: Good location, safe neighborhood and not a bad walk to convention center (my adult daughter felt safe walking there by herself). Many restaurants nearby. Free coffee pods were a nice touch. Nice shower. The "mehs": Furniture in living room was okay, but more could be done to make it more usable (e.g. turn the couch and put in a little dining table, some floor lamps for better lighting for reading). Limited dishes and coffee mugs. The negatives: It is pet friendly so has a pet odor (which got better during my stay), there were no towel holders or toilet paper holder in the main bathroom, the light in the downstairs hall was out, the upstairs tv is bad, batteries in one of the remotes were dead. The conclusion: With a little work, I'd be happy to stay there again as the unit has great potential, and the location was indeed good.
