The stay was prefect for the most part. The pool area was a bit messy from other guest not cleaning up after themselves. The staff on site was helpful and used a translator app to communicate with me instead of just saying "no english" I really appreciate that. Apartment 10 was very clean and smelled amazing upon entering the unit. The lock gate closet to the garbage gates handle is broken and needs fixing immediately for security. There sufficient lighting and parking on the property. Overall I would definitely recommend and will be staying in the future as its close to most amenities for me and my family.

Great place, will come back when in South Florida.

Price 8/10 (possibly 9, we always want cheaper) Location 10/10 (proximity to shops, food, grocery, highways) Cleanliness 10/10 Laundry service (shared) didn't use Customer service 10/10 Safety 9/10 (9 only bec you never know) Pull out bed 1/10 (Terrible, and 2x11 yo kids used it) Everything excellent except that pull out bed.

Stayed end of April for 4 nights. Definitely need a car to get to the beach. Public transportation is near by but if you miss a bus you will be stack for at least 30-40 min. Grocery store 10 min walk. Room was ok. Had minor issues but host fixed it immediately. Pool area was a nice touch. Mux occupancy 8 ppl. On the downside there was only one umbrella. Overall would recommend if you are on the budget and not picky. P.S. We didn't receive check in information as advertised 24 hrs prior, which postponed our check in until after 4 pm. We had to call to the agent for information.
