Welcome to this charming 3-story townhouse! Upon entering the ground floor, you`ll find the inviting living, dining, and kitchen areas, as well as an outdoor space for your enjoyment. The first floor features a cozy bedroom with a Queen bed and the main bathroom, while the second floor boasts a spacious Master bedroom with a Queen bed, walk-in wardrobe and an ensuite bathroom. Please note that access to the upper floors is via stairs only.

The living area is bathed in natural light, providing a comfortable seating arrangement and a generous 50-inch Samsung flatscreen TV—a perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventure. The well-equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing delicious meals, such as a fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. City Noise - Please note this is an inner city Townhouse, which is located by Christchurch City Hospital. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional Sirens. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city.

This property has no allocated parking provided. Street parking only.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
