Very close to town and the lake. Very clean.
Very low water pressure. Messy yard.

Very clean with comfortable warm beds, fully equipped laundry. Super close to Wanaka town centre.
Read another review that says it looks abandoned from the outside-it does. Does need some more cutlery, particularly knives. The batteries in remotes need replacing, but these are easy fixes.

Location was great. It was a good place for a family stay
This place is obviously priced for what the owner can get in Wanaka, without putting in the effort to make it worth the money. The garden is overgrown, the gutters are leaking, the shower is very hard to adjust between icy cold and scalding hot.

"Great place to stay, we have stayed here multiple times (a little sad when we can't get this accommodation due to someone else enjoying it), close to shops, quiet spacious homes."
