Location, though just out of town, wasn't bad. There is a free parking lot at the base of the hill on the river that made for an easy walk to the heart of Cortina. This also meant the property was pretty quiet when we were there in mid September. Parking for the property itself at the ski lift was fine with an excess of spaces and a very short walk to the actual property.. The property itself is well appointed - we were able to do rudimentary cooking easily. It was also comfortable though a little tight. One person in our party noted it was a little dark in the bedroom with not a lot of natural light but if you're out and about during the day it's not really an issue.

Not a dislike but the rubbish sorting rules and sub-classifications of waste streams were a little intense. For those of us not into taking baths the shower experience was also unique. The lack of any kind of shower curtain/barrier required some logistical consideration in maneuvering yourself and the hand held shower wand to avoid spraying water all over the bathroom in the course of showering.
