The location is great and safe.

The service is disappointing: • The staff is not responsive at all. They reply to messages only after a few days (when they reply at all). • They were not accommodating. Our flight arrived at 7:00 a.m., and they refused to give us the locker code to collect the keys before 1:00 p.m., even though the apartment was ready, because they wanted us to pay for early check-in. • They also refused to provide toilet paper (even if specified in booking’s post) and additional bed sheets. • Overall, we paid €1,600 for two weeks during Carnival, and the service was not worth the price at all. Two additional things to consider: • The closest metro station, Botafogo, is a 25-minute walk from the apartment. • The apartment is very humid. Mold even started growing on one of my bags, and our clothes would not properly dry after washing.

I liked everything!
