The cleanliness, how well the kitchen was stocked, bedding.
Blind in lounge didn’t work, light bulb missing in bedroom. No en-suite, although our fault for not researching well enough. My mum is disabled and found getting to the toilet in the night tricky.

The location of the property is beautiful. It has a large garden and views over paddocks and stables which are delightful. We enjoyed our morning and evening visits from three peacocks too. The decor is very tasteful, comfortable beds and high end bed linen which is always a good touch.
The property suits smaller groups who plan to spend their days out and about as the relaxing space is very small and the sofa only seats three adults. The dining table seats 6 but it makes the kitchen very cosy with not much space to move around. Limited cutlery and glasses in the kitchen; 10 coat-hangers (for 6 people?!) and a couple of other small details which we did feed back to the property manager so hopefully these have been rectified. The two bathrooms are small and work best when using the bath or shower individually as the water pressure is not great.
