Excellent location. Super close to the beach. Very clean apartment in a modern building. It has all facilities, although a dishwashing machine would be helpful. Garage is a big deal.
It was very easy to communicate with the host over WhatsApp
Too many doors/gates with codes. Even the elevator requires a key to get from the garage or from the floor where you are supposed to throw your garbage.
It's a bit difficult to get into the garage. Narrow serpentine path and space in the garage. I made it without any accidents, but I' not sure how I would perform on a car bigger than Fiat Panda.
The only window/door in the apartment goes out to the railway that is literally in about 10 meters. However it was not a big problem. The trains were rather quite and the sound proofing was super good. We could barely hear the trains. And we could sleep without any problems at all.

Great location, right on the beach, lovely apartment and host , every thing you need in the apartment,30 min walk to the Old Town,

La ubicación es perfecta. 🤩
No me gustó el difícil acceso al aparcamiento, éramos 3 personas y solo dejaron toallas para dos, y tampoco me gustó que no comunican con anterioridad que los huésped deben hacerse cargo de botar la basura.

Proximity to the beach
Bed, bedding, towels were substandard, with a plastic/waterproof sheet on the bed! There was no hand wash in the bathroom, and the extractor in both the bathroom and kitchen weren’t working. There was no mention on the website of how close the railway/trains ran behind the apartment. The entrance to the carpark is very tricky - but one of the pluses with the property in this location.
