Super convenient location, right in the heart of BGC commercial area, you have all the nice restaurants within walking distance. The apartment is very well equipped and more spacious than most other apartments in the area. Parking is very easy as well. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was unfortunate that the previous guests broke the dining table. It was still usable but somewhat inconvenient for breakfast. Being in the commercial centre, it was a bit loud on the streets in the weekend, especially some cars and motorcycles with loud pipes in the middle of the night.

Beautiful and spacious apartment, very well maintained and good furniture. Clean and new.
Please note the following:
Swimming pool is only available to use three days a week and not during weekends.
Any visitors need to be endorsed by the property owners to the security desk one day in advance. In practice, not unplanned visitors are allowed.
The building is huge and so is the number of residents. Expect longish waits for the lifts.
Apartment is fairly noisy during the day, but not so at night. Most of it faces 8th avenue, during workdays there is heavy traffic noise until about 9pm.

Wonderful condo! Great location next to Mizukoshi Mall and so many restaurants. Quiet. So spacious and spotless, would be great for a family. 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, large living / dining room. Fantastic view! Appliances are complete including washer and dryer with laundry detergent provided. Full complete kitchen and full size refrigerator if you are so inclined to cook, although proximity to so many great restaurants makes cooking unnecessary. Host has provided so many details to make one's stay comfortable.
No changes needed everything was as expected and more.

Everything! From the amenities, the rooms, the spaces, the laundry and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, attention to detail and that everything works. Rubbish collected day and night. 3 toilets and 2 bedrooms. The Master bedrooms was spacious too. Really perfect for a small family. Beds and comforter were comfy! Checkin was a breeze. Instructions were clear. Host responsive.
