Es lo que se espera por el precio
Sin llegar a ser importante , les falto protectores de calzado

This hotel and its customer service were above my expectations. Luisiana Bastidas, the manager, was super helpful, attentive, and helped with every inquiry I had. She went out of her way to secure cabs to pick me up at 5 am to go birdwatching. My room and bed were great! I highly recommend this reasonably priced hotel.

I LIKE THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PLACE ALL WITH BAMBU AND CHONTA VERY WELL DONE. A LOT OF DETAIL AND SPACIOUS ROOMS
It is well located but since located on the main entry street is very traffic noisy. Needs to be cleaner, the lady only cleaned the rooms and dindt have the social areas clean. Toys games and evrything on the common was just thrown around because more than a hotel seems to be a family house were kids are playing around plants need to be watered, the POs for credit card payment didnt work and up to now I dont recieve my invoice, Needs to be mantained. Cleaned and better overall service.
