Great staff and nice location
Dirty room with quite visible leftovers and dust was just about on every shelf so i guess rearly anyone looks there. It was not possible to open the window and the AC was not working well enough so the air in the room was quite heavy to breath , with that being said i dont think they have such issues everyday its probably me who go unlucky.

I had a wonderful stay at Best Western Click Sathorn 11 in Bangkok. The room was neat, clean, and very comfortable, making the entire stay relaxing and enjoyable. The staff were exceptionally responsive, courteous, and always ready to help. I also really enjoyed the food, the quality was excellent and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, a great experience with excellent comfort and hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.
