The breakfast was amazing, the place is breathtaking they is a lot to do inside the premises for the whole family I just wish we had more time..the departure was very painful.

The power went off..please organise backup we can’t be sitting in the dark during a vacation.

Property looks good and clean

Only thing that I really didn’t like was when I was accused of breaking a fridge drawer.worsely I did not use the fridge because it was unplugged.they then decided to take money from my deposit that did not really sit nice with me

The property was clean

The WiFi was not working from Saturday after we come back in the house and the there was no tea or coffee in the house

We like Kruger Park Lodge Location, the playpark for the kids and how close it is to Kruger Game Reserve.

The fact that our house was not available. The Host put us in a different house with only 3 bedrooms, unrelated people had to share a room. On the Sunday afternoon at 1:30, while we were in Kruger Park, she called and informed me that we have to move because there was a misunderstanding between her and the owner of the house. She offered us a sub-standard house and we refused it, she then offered us one of Kruger Park Lodge's 3 bedroom Houses which we move to for the remaining 2 nights of our stay. She wasted our short holiday time with family due to the fact that we had to pack up, move and un-pack again, she inconvenienced us and I think she was very unprofessional. Will think twice before I book with Booking.com again.
