The house is beautifully furnished and I enjoyed my stay. The check in process was very swift and the security is very good. Kate made sure i got what i needed on time and made my stay comfortable. I will definitely stay here again whenever i am in nairobi.

The apartment is great, nice location.

I asked multiple times and was told we could leave our bags there a few hours before check-in…but when we arrived after a long journey, the security guards told us we couldn’t leave them and had to wait until check-in. Although check-in says 11am on here, I was told it was 11:30. Also, there was no card to access the pool, apparently the previous person took it with them. I really only booked this place because of the pool so that was pretty disappointing.
