The position is great with easy access to transport and walking distance into the cbd

There is a comfortable sitting area, however the tv situated in this area was only able to receive free to air programs. The other TV which enabled streaming was in the sleeping area so you were required to watch tv from bed rather than make the most of the sitting area. After returning with some groceries I discovered that the refrigerator was not cooling. I spent most of my telephone conversation with the support staff trying to convince the operator that, as I could hear the motor running, there must be power to the unit. She was convinced it just wasn’t plugged in fully ( as if a half-plugged refrigerator would only get half as cold). It was only just before 5pm but she determined that it was too late to have someone fix it. I ended up having to throw away fresh food that sat on the counter for nearly 24 hrs before I had a cold refrigerator. They were very big on making tenants aware that there would be fees for losing keys or locking yourself out, but did not then provide sufficient support when the problem was from their side
