lovely spacious clean room, with the added bonus of a private balcony overlooking the garden. Loved the birdsong. I was invited to explore the garden, and even saw a lyrebird! Appreciated desk space and plenty of power-points and complementary breakfast.

Beautiful grounds. Bell birds singing on arrival. Comfortable bed. Friendly host.

nice setting, lots of birds. Convenient spot to stopover on our journey
No hot water for a shower in the morning. We had to go to another room for that. NB: we were staying in the best room. We understand that it was a gas bottle issue, that's ok. Then we went for their light breakfast that was part of the deal. No coffee/tea available in breakfast area. Juice in the fridge but no glasses or even mugs there.
