Dimora del Mercante - Luxury rooms

We had a wonderful stay at Dimora del Mercante. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore on foot, yet the hotel itself felt relaxed and quiet, the perfect place to unwind after a busy day. Our room was large, clean and modern, with a great big bathroom and a large TV that was lovely for resting up in the evenings. Water, tea, coffee and a small snack were also provided for guests to enjoy, a thoughtful touch, though we didn't end up using them. The staff were friendly and genuinely helpful whenever we needed anything. We'd happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it.

Just two small things: the shower drained slowly and clogged a little easily, and you could occasionally hear other guests coming in late at night, though it wasn't too bad.

The location is very convenient, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any questions or issues, they were always available to assist and resolve them quickly.

Nope

The property was beautiful. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Coffee, tea, and water always available

No hair conditioner but not a true problem

The staff were delightful and welcoming. The location was perfect, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable.

The bathroom and shower were a little small, and there was no shelf or drawer for toiletries, which made storage a little difficult.
