We went down to Santa Rosa with 14 people….6 adults and 8 kids. This was our first time to 30A and we had a great time. Dune It Up II was the perfect place for our family. It had plenty of space, everyone got a bed, and the location was perfect. There were a few small things that needed to be addressed but nothing that made a negative impact on our vacation. And Ocean Reef did a great job addressing all our needs and communicating. Highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful well-appointed home. Conveniently located down the street from the beach and close to stores for grocery shopping. The home is exactly as described and the communication from the host was excellent! Everything you need for cooking is available along with cleaning essentials for dishes etc. We only had a couple of hiccups that were attended to immediately such as briefly loosing power and the outdoor trash was full. This trash issue was rectified the following day. The private pool and top viewing deck were wonderful. Minimal noise from nearby construction so wasn’t an issue at all. We needed some standard beach supplies such as chairs. Be sure to bring your own as we will do next time! Our family would definitely return to Dune it Right! It’s a lovely place!

The Good: The house is gorgeous and spacious. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the beach and Stinky’s Fish Camp which is a must visit. The location is what really makes this place great. The Bad: Upon checkin, the trash cans were totally full and infested with flies. Per a neighbor, the property management company is using the wrong trash cans and so they’re not being picked up. It took multiple calls but trash was finally picked up 6 days into our stay. The elevator isn’t functional, and my 70 year old father got stuck in it. Several doors are either missing door handles or they’re falling off. Reported all this immediately, they did send someone for the elevator eventually but door handles were never fixed. Feels like they need to take the property offline for a week and fix these issues. Finally, the AC stopped working on the 2nd and 3rd floors. We didn’t even bother to call given the lack of response earlier in the week.Overall, I wouldn’t rent from this company again given then issues and lack of resolution.
