Lovely big cottage, fully equipped in a very quiet location. Central heating was very efficient and there was loads of hot water. All the beds were made up and there was some spare bedding available. Loads of towels available. Kitchen floor was not very clean and some of the rooms could do with a good dust to get rid of the spiders. Ideal for a big group.

South lodge is in a beautiful location and we had a lovely holiday enjoying the autumn colours in the woods, visiting the local castles and cycling some of the Deeside way.
