Booked this house for my family to stay at while attending a wedding in Stevensville. The house is very spacious and located in a quiet neighborhood. The location is very convenient to the Watermark Brewery and their adjacent banquet hall, It is a ten minute walk into downtown Stevensville. We went the VRBO route rather than booking 4 hotel rooms for 5 nights. This allowed us to all hang out together in a very comfortable and well furnished house. instead of sitting in a hotel lobby. We were also able to prepare and eat home cooked meals rather than hotel breakfast and restaurant meals. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the cooking utensils and dinnerware that you would need. In addition, there is a gas grill in the backyard.We explored the surrounding area as much as time allowed, however, our focus was attending the wedding and all of the ancillary events that went along on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It is very convenient to the beach, the Saturday farmer's market , grocery store and restaurants.This house is perfect for families with kids and teens as there are a bounty of table and outdoor games to use. In addition there are TVs all over the house. The hot tub in the yard was a nice bonus and we all enjoyed a soak at some time during the weekend.The house was spotless clean and well appointed with towels, soaps, etc. Check in was a breeze and the host Tony communicated through the app and responded immediately to questions. I would book again

Loved the added touches like the soaps, cleansers, room sprays in the bathrooms.He was very quick to respond with questions.House very clean and had everything we needed - even things like ziploc bags.

We chose this house for a few mom friends to get away for a wine weekend. It was the perfect location and setup for what we were looking for. The house had a ton of space and was super clean and updated. We enjoyed the hot tub and the games. We also talked about how fun it would be to come back with our families, as our kids would have fun at the house, too. Tony, the host was also very prompt and helpful in making sure we had all the information we needed for a great stay!
