My group enjoys staying at this location. It is close to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Some check-in and check-out literature would be helpful. Also instructions for using the hot tub would be nice. We did not know the wi-fi password, but we were able to share it since we had stayed there last year. The large sliding door is difficult to lock and unlock, but due to the size of the door, there may not be a remedy for that. In addition, we were not sure what outdoor equipment, grills, bikes, etc. were available to us. Again, information regarding what could be used would be helpful. Thank you.

The house and accommodations were beautiful. A lovely home and a lovely neighborhood. The management company fell a little short in the pool heating department. They charged extra for me to keep the pool heated, but they never heated it above 80. After many complaints about the temperature, it was never resolved.

The location is great, beaches, restaurants, pub and shops just blocks away. As close as it was to everything it was amazingly quiet, thus could get away and enjoy quiet nights!

The house is awesome and the pool adds a nice touch. Only complaint is the pool spa heater. You have to pay extra per night to have the spa heated for a few hours. No problem I don’t mind paying. I have a pool at home and understand that is cost to heat the spa. I was there for a week and paid for the spa to be on. $50 or $75 per night. No problem. Where the problem began is communication with the property management. First night we had no spa heat, after calling several times the next day they told us the they would resolve the issue. The second night everything was good. After that we never had heat. Called the management company again and again. We just kept getting transferred around. Long story short we got heat one night out of 6. After calling for months we were told we would get reimbursed for the spa heater. We only got reimbursed for 1 night. After that we kept getting passed around. Finally gave up.
