Questa casa vacanza per famiglie è in una posizione strategica: a due passi da tratti costieri dove andare a vela, da fondali dove fare incredibili immersioni e da molte altre località interessanti. Non avrai bisogno di perdere tempo per lasciare il tuo mezzo in un posto sicuro: qui ti aspetta anche un parcheggio. Poi non avrai che l'imbarazzo della scelta: potrai percorrere 8 minuti a piedi fino a Alys Beach o 9 minuti a piedi fino a Rosemary Beach.

Divertiti con racchettoni e materassino vicino alla spiaggia, poi prenditi una pausa vicino a una piscina riscaldata e più tardi programma le gite di domani sulla terrazza privata di questa casa vacanza da 465 metri quadri. Qui hai a disposizione anche un'area barbecue. Non ti va di uscire? Nessun problema: in casa potrai giocare a ping pong o biliardo oppure approfittare di
Wi-Fi gratuito, TV via cavo/satellitare e videogiochi per concederti qualche ora di intrattenimento casalingo.

Our stay at this house was fantastic! The beach is a 2 minute walk to the end of the street with gated access. The pool was large enough for many to enjoy. The tables outside and inside saw plenty of use playing cards and games. We enjoyed the game room the first few nights.The location of this property puts you in walking distance of many great places to eat and shop.The host was incredible, checking in with us making sure everything was going ok during our stay.The only snag was that the listing is not quite accurate in terms of the number of bedrooms. On the 3rd floor, there is a room with 4 bunk beds that is essentially a closet with 4 beds. You access it through the King bedroom on that floor making it challenging for the adults we had planned to stay in that room. It would be fine for a family with small kids as their kids would be in the same room with their parents. 7 bedrooms is not accurate. It's 6 with an attached bunk closet. They are great beds and the house is great, but the listing should not count that as a bedroom. There was not a place for my two sisters in law and my niece to put any of their luggage and they had to sneak in past the occupant of the King bed.I highly recommend this house as long as the sleeping arrangements work with your group. You will love it.

The house is lovely great location. We did have multiple minor issues that unfortunately add up to downgrade the experience. Second floor guest bathtub stopper didn’t work outside shower was cracked and sprayed water everywhere a few bug issues in the pantry kitchen, which can be expected in South Florida the trim piece on the island would fall every time you opened the dishwasher. It actually smashed my toe the first time, but not seriously. The guidebook says to text Jonathan the chair guy each morning with our chair request. My daughter was the first one there and got yelled at by Jonathan saying we shouldn’t be using his personal text which is the number they gave us. We did address these issues with management and they sent over a handyman, but he never fixed anything only took pictures.
